Hello, I'm Lisa. ​I started LMR Home Help because I believe every older person deserves to feel supported, valued and comfortable in their own home. I have always had a passion for helping others and I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust to offer a friendly, helping hand and a bit of company when it's needed.

 

I have over 15 years of experience in the care sector, supporting people across childcare, residential care homes, domiciliary care and working closely with those living with dementia. These experiences have strengthened my belief that care should be gentle, respectful and centered around the individual - not rushed or task - focused.

 

​​​People often describe me as kind, patient, friendly and reliable. I take the time to really listen and get to know the person I'm supporting - whether that's through conversation, preparing a meal, helping with day-to-day tasks or simply being present so no one feels alone.
