Everyone's needs are different, so I offer support that is flexible and centered around the individual. Whether it's help with day to day tasks, a bit of company or someone to accompany you on outings or appointments, I aim to make life feel easier and more comfortable.
All visits are a minimum of one hour, allowing time for support to feel calm, unhurried and personal.
Home Help
Support with light household tasks such as hoovering, dishes, laundry, tidying, changing bed linen and general day to day organisation to help keep the home comfortable and safe.
Personal Care assistance
Gentle, respectful support with daily routines such as getting up, washing or showering, dressing and getting into bed, always tailored to your comfort and personal preferences.
Meal Preparation & Support
Support with preparing meals, snacks, drinks or help at mealtimes to ensure eating feels manageable, relaxed and enjoyable.
Companionship & Friendly support
Sometimes a friendly face and a chat can make all the difference.
Someone to sit with, talk to, watch TV, play games, reminisce - or simply share quiet company.
No one should ever feel alone.
Appointments, Errands & Social Outings
I can accompany you to appointments, shopping trips, walks, visits to cafes or simply getting some fresh air. Support is paced gently and always focused on comfort and confidence.
Shopping Carried out on your behalf
If preferred, I can complete your shopping or errands for you.
This includes collecting prescriptions, groceries or essentials.
Pricing
Home Support & Companionship - £20 per hour
Calm, reliable support at home - from light household tasks and meal help to friendly companionship and reassurance.
Personal care assistance - £22 per hour
Tailored support wth daily personal care routine.
Outings, Appointments & Social Support - £24 per hour
Accompanied outings, appointments and social visits (includes travel support).
Shopping Carried Out on Your Behalf - £20 per hour
Errands and shopping completed for you.
Mileage & Travel
My local service area covers Ashington and surrounding towns. For longer-distance outings or visits beyond this area, a small mileage charge may apply. This will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
